Haptic Chair is the result of a comprehensive study by the Danish Trinekjaer Design Studio on how we interact with surfaces in our surroundings.
The chair features a backrest and seat wrapped in thick lengths of cord intertwined with thin strands of copper. Foam is used under the threads on the seat and backrest to make the chairs comfortable and the oak arms and legs are similar to tree branches.
